Cirque du Soleil & LA Pride Are Teaming Up for One Special Night

OVO is the 25th Cirque du Soleil live production created on the company’s 25th anniversary

The Cirque is in town!

LOS ANGELES (April 6, 2022) – Christopher Street West (CSW) – the 501(c)3 nonprofit that produces LA Pride – announced today that they are teaming up with Cirque du Soleil for a special LA PRIDE performance of the international sensation, OVO, on April 21 at the Microsoft Theater in DTLA.

WHAT IS OVO?
OVO is a colorful, non-stop riot of energy, movement, and Cirque du Soleil’s signature, show-stopping acrobatics that tells the story of the unlikely attraction between a lonely, outcast ladybug and a mysterious, confident fly whose arrival stirs up the drama in a community of colorful, adorable insects. Even in the tiny world of insects, Love is Love!

After more than 30 cities in 6 different countries, OVO is in Los Angeles, but only until May 1, and only April 21 is LA Pride Night.

Cirque du Soleil fans who use promo code LAPRIDE will receive 20% off their ticket on this one special evening. Cirque du Soleil is donating a portion of tickets sales from this April 21 performance to CSW in support of LA Pride, and the LGBTQ+ community of LA.
