This year, we are proud to honor Shirley Raines as our 2026 LA Pride Legacy Grand Marshal 🕊️ Known and loved as “Ms. Shirley” on Skid Row, she was a humanitarian, activist, and Founder of Beauty 2 the Streetz who believed beauty and self-care are fundamental human rights. A 2025 NAACP Image Award recipient, Ms. Shirley spent her life humanizing and amplifying the voices of those often overlooked. We are honored to carry her legacy forward 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
