As this year’s LA Pride 2022 presenting sponsor, TikTok will debut a parade float for the 2022 LA Pride parade and at the post-parade Pride Village, a community festival produced by Hollywood Partnership in collaboration with CSW/LA Pride. TikTok is also set to host two LIVE backstage experiences at LA Pride: the first will be at the LA Pride in the Park music event – taking place Saturday, June 11, at LA State Historic Park. On Sunday, June 12 from 10 AM PT – 12 PM PT, TikTok’s LIVE programming will feature exclusive interviews from the TikTok float with attending celebrity talent and this year’s 2022 TikTok LGBTQ+ Trailblazers, along with real-time behind-the-scenes access through the lens of the TikTok community.
Previously announced performers include headliner Christina Aguilera, Anitta, Syd, Chika, Michaela Jaé, Rebecca Black, and over a dozen more. In addition to LA Pride in the Park, TikTok also serves as presenting sponsor of the LA Pride Parade broadcast on ABC7, LA Pride’s Pride Makes a Difference social impact program and newly launched Salon Series that explores LGBTQ+ intersectionality.
