LA Pride isn’t LA Pride without you.
Our volunteers make the entire LA Pride experience possible. The good news: there are tons of ways to get involved. Plus, if you volunteer for a 4-hour shift, you’ll receive a FREE single-day pass to the LA Pride Festival as a big thank you for your time and support.
There’s no better time than now to get involved. Check out all of our available opportunities – shifts are filling up fast! – and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
Answers to our FAQ’s:
- Volunteer groups of 4 or more must register separately. Doing so makes it easier to communicate with all of you individually, and it speeds up the check-in process on your shift day.
- You may only sign up for 1 (one) volunteer shift. If you sign up for a second shift, your previous shift will be removed. We really love your enthusiasm for helping LA Pride out, but we want to spread the love around – because there are a lot of people who want to volunteer, too!
- You will receive a FREE LA Pride Volunteer t-shift and FREE single-day entry to the LA Pride Festival on the day of your choice (regardless of your shift day).
- You will receive your wristband for the LA Pride Festival at the end of your volunteer shift only. No exceptions. We’ve learned this is a great way to avoid no-shows. We know it’s Pride weekend – and it’s a non-stop experience – but a little incentive never hurt anyone!

Drats! All volunteer spots for the 2018 LA Pride Parade and Festival have been filled by excited and enthusiastic volunteers (just like you!). We wish we had unlimited spots available for you to lend a helping hand.
