FESTIVAL INFORMATION
FESTIVAL ADMISSION
Admission tickets are available in advance for $15 and at the gate for $20. Children under the age of 12 are admitted free when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Discounted tickets for people with disabilities and people under 18 or over 65 are available in advance at the Christopher Street West office, (323) 969-8302, or on the day of the event at the special ticket sales window (ID will be required).
Festival entrance and ticket sales are located at
San Vicente Blvd. at Santa Monica, and
San Vicente Blvd. at Melrose Ave.

BEVERAGES
Soft drinks, water, and alcoholic refreshments will be available on the festival grounds. Drink tickets will be sold for $1.00 each. You must be 21 years or older to purchase, consume, or possess any alcoholic beverages. Wristbands and ID will be required and checked.
EXHIBITORS
Take time to see and visit the more than 200 exhibitors at the festival. They are all here for your enjoyment. It is one of the largest gatherings of local LGBT community groups, social organizations, artisans, and specialized businesses available in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
INFORMATION & LOST & FOUND
Lost and Found at the festival site will be located near the Santa Monica entrance. After the celebration, call the CSW office at (323) 969-8302 to collect any personal belongings that may have been turned in.
MEDICAL
A First Aid station will be located adjacent to the Ron Stone Clinic entrance which is near the Melrose Avenue entrance. Medical teams will also be available at both entrances as well as throughout the festival lot and can be identified by their uniforms and medical insignias.
PETS
Due to Health Department rules ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed on the festival site (with the exception of certified assisting animals). This rule applies to all pets – exotic as well as domestic.
SAFETY
BODY:
West Hollywood Sheriff’s deputies, private security and volunteer “safety” monitors will be in abundance and constantly roving the festival site. In the event a problem should arise, please ask for assistance.
SPECIAL SERVICES
Interpreters will be available for the deaf and hard of hearing near the Main Stage of the festival site. Interpreters can be requested for all areas of the festival with staged performances including.
